  • recognise your own strengths and make the most of them,
  • understand your challenges and employ strategies to overcome them,
  • overcome procrastination with personalised strategies,
  • tame your impulsivity,
  • employ simple strategies to support your memory and organisational skills,
  • regulate emotions arising from Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria,
  • create SMART goals for yourself and provide extra accountability to ensure you meet those goals,
  • identify the areas where you may need a little extra support (especially in the workplace or college, for example), and
  • ask for that support effectively.
